Ticketing FAQ

Q: Are there any age restrictions?
A: Our events are licensed for people of 18 years or older. Identification will be required and under 18's will be refused entry.

Q: Where can I buy tickets if I don't have a credit card?
A: Tickets can be purchased using cash from retail outlets (see ticket outlets for individual events). We also sell tickets direct, by emailing info@leadevents.co.nz (bank transfer) and via our street promotions team.

Q: Where can I purchase VIP tickets?
A: VIP tickets can only be purchased from www.iticket.co.nz or by emailing info@leadevents.co.nz. VIP tickets can also be issued via our promotions team at their discretion.
Note: Not all of our events feature a VIP area.

Q: What benefits are there in purchasing a VIP ticket?
A: VIP tickets give the holders a separate area at our events with VIP express entry, entertainment, own toilets & other advantages that are specific to individual events

Q: I am unable to attend but have already bought my ticket. Can I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately Lead Events does not offer any refunds on tickets.

Q: Can I buy tickets on the day?
A: Yes but we strongly suggest that you purchase tickets in advance. Our events often sell out and whilst we generally have doorsales available, the price will be significantly
higher than presales.
